I have led the second-generation developers of the ambitious Premier Heart's Multifunction Cardiogram Technology Platform since 1998. Throughout the decades, we, the two generations of developers and researchers, have pioneered, endeavored, struggled to overcome obstacles/deadends, and successfully developed the platform to solve some of the most challenging or impossible-to-tackle problems in the early detection and quantitative physiological functional measurements of heart diseases due to ANY cause, to enable timely proactive disease prevention and monitoring useful disease reversal. I proudly report that the MCG Technology Platform had FDA clearance from the USA, Japan, Korea, and Malaysia as early as 2001. We have tested more than 3.5 million people worldwide and helped to save tens of thousands of lives and improve the lifestyles of millions. The Japanese Society of Ningen Dock, a not-for-profit entity credited for giving the Japanese population better public health care than all the developed world, determined independently in 2011 that our technology is the best screening tool for cardiovascular disease and Cardiometabolic diseases, especially in their earlier reversible stages, e.g., Insulin resistance, Pre-Diabetes, bar none!

Due to our unique capabilities, physicians can deploy MCG technology on patients to detect, diagnose, monitor, and quantify all stages of much-needed phenotypical ischemic heart disease, metabolic heart dysfunctions, myocardial infarction/damages, myocarditis/myocardial inflammation, cardiomyopathy, congenital heart anomalies, Rheumatic heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, heart failure, various arrhythmias, myocardial remodeling, and other profoundly beneficial and potentially deadly physiological functional disorders often undetectable applying the current cardiology diagnostic arsenal.

Academic Researchers have planned multiple projects to explore the extensive opportunities to understand cardiovascular physiology, research on drug delivery, designs of the next-generation anesthesia machine, exposing the root cause of chronic diseases, and the impact of lifestyles on one's cardiac vascular or cerebral vascular health, etc. Yes, we are working on a similar platform for the brains.

These writings and presentations have convinced some highly skeptical but fair-minded Keio University Hospital System professors, the Japanese equivalent of Harvard Medical School and Cleveland Clinics in the middle of Tokyo, to start a pilot project. Follow the pilot; they decided to go ALL in! The Japanese Society of Ningen Dock is launching two wellness and chronic disease early-detection primary and secondary (only if necessary) prevention centers on the Keio University Hospital campus: one for high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives and another for the general public. The University has launched clinical support and research teams to conduct clinical service and research; these opportunities have ushered MCG's increasing acceptance into the mainstream academic world. Most importantly, the data collected from these efforts will enable the development of the next-generation decentralized distributed, individually owned, and independently vetted data network to allow objective, transparent, and unadulterated research and new, truly patient-centered technology developments and innovation.

Soon, large-scale distributed individually owned and monetized digital data networks as unique data registries will appear worldwide. With the available higher-quality data, we can build next-generation deep learning platforms to automate decision-making processes further by adding recurrent and reinforced neural network layers to our existing platform with increasing accuracy, efficiency, speed, and reliability. Researchers, data scientists, actuaries, and industries can access these objective and unadulterated data resources to conduct honest, transparent, and trustworthy 100% empirical, evidence-based research and make ground-breaking discoveries to benefit mankind.

Independent Journalists and investigators can debate openly and transparently and report the research results with truth-telling without any political agenda. Open, apolitical, merit-based, and transparent debates from all corners of the clinical investigation world are encouraged and equally promoted without censorship of ANY kind, without cancellation, prohibiting interference, ending gaslighting, annihilating propaganda, and stopping profiteering agenda from the industry. Here is a perfect sales pitch my Japanese partner uses, which is very poignant. I will share this with everyone: "Look, MCG is your only tool available to directly detect 'ischemia,' as we know by now. Outside of biopsy, MCG also directly detects 'Cardiomyopathy" of various causes, 'Myocarditis,' and its impact on the overall physiological function in one swoop, directly and non-invasively, in less than ten minutes at the bedside. Nothing else comes even close."

In addition, he states: "We have definitely and thoroughly validated the ischemia detection capabilities. If Myocarditis is your target, give MCG a try! Verify and validate; don't take our words for it."

People do respond and act upon it, thankfully!

Diagnosing these problems is extremely time-consuming and challenging, even in the best academic institutions. For example, cardiologists cannot directly diagnose ischemic heart disease or cardiomyopathy using imaging techniques. Thus, the diagnosis needs to be more indirect and more adequate.

Similarly, diagnosing Myocarditis requires an open surgical biopsy, which is no longer available. Nowadays, an angiogram-guided biopsy is rare or inaccessible due to the costs and invasiveness of the procedure and the injuries it causes. Echo and troponin tests are nonspecific. Tissue biopsy or imaging tests do not pinpoint the functional root causes physiologically. Thus, treating the anatomy biopsy results without dealing with the root causes may be ineffective more often than acknowledged by the field.

This shortcoming or lack of an acceptable solution leaves MCG the only viable solution.

The problem is many of these prominent guys, I sincerely hope that Dr.X is not among them, think they know it all, and anything they don't know or understand makes them look weak and ignorant in front of their admirers. Consequently, their patients get short-changed. Their vanity kills patients. Sad!

In a broader sense, the vanity and ignorance of the utterly spoiled "leaders" have created a swampy culture that tolerates systematic failure and has given us the unacceptable legacy of the monopolistic, unaccountable, and corrupt Med 2.0. They became part of the problem wittingly or unwittingly. Therefore, one should not be surprised when facing the dismissive "I know it all" snobbish behavior.
