[COPY] What do we do? Why is MCG Technology so unique?

This is a short narrative on the "World's First-Ever Reality-Based" AI/DML/NN Bedside Diagnostic Tool, which uses power spectra to express dynamic energy distributions to aid in accurate diagnosis.

Good morning,

To provide a short explanation of what we do, I have written the following:

“We have successfully pioneered creating and perfecting a true ‘World’s-First-Ever-Reality-Based,’ pre-Sam Altman and pre-Elon Musk’s OpenAI, proprietary digital signal processing deep machine learning “neural network,” or a specialty ‘AI’ technology platform designed and built to aid the more accurate early detection and diagnosis of diseases far better than and beyond the conventional legacy tools currently used. The technology is based on the ethically, morally, experimentally, empirically proven, and clinically patient-benefit-centric, first mathematical principles specifically designed to digitally analyze electrical signals and extract much-needed vital physiological/functional information from mitochondrial energy generation networks of biological systems of animals or humans. MCG Technology is a digital aid in making accurate and sophisticated diagnoses that would otherwise be impossible for conventional legacy medical diagnosis tools. These legacy tools include but are not limited to the now 125-year-old OBSOLETE 12-lead ECG combined with telescoping of all the costly, potentially harmful, or even deadly cardiac imaging tests currently used. What MCG detects and measures are far beyond all these legacy tests. MCG functionally detects and quantifies heart or brain (under development) physiological dysfunctions of ANY root cause or causes, from the earliest to the transitional and very late stages, including, but not limited to, the recovery stages with or without interventions. This vital information we have discovered has been willfully ignored and neglected in the legacy 19th Century analog, backward clinical practices; as such, these root causes are missed by the legacy tests, known or unknown to the conventional cardiologists, frankly. Ironically, the lack of focus or curiosity on how chronic diseases arise physiologically and functionally is the root cause of our legacy medicine’s systematic failures. They are treating the symptoms, not diagnosing and curing the root causes. Thankfully, we have solved and continue to solve the most difficult problems in diagnostic medicine today and are succeeding.”

Building this monstrous system requires ethical, knowledgeable, resilient, determined, and, most of all, morally principled with the best problem-solving creative minds supported by the best computational tools and numerous layers of training datasets to build the digital signal processing, diagnostic and reporting neural network algorithms to communicate critical trustworthy vital life-saving messages with the public. Two generations of developers, collaborators, volunteers, and survivors of the “AI winter” from the 1960s to the 90s, including mathematicians, data scientists, digital signal processing, and computer engineers, plus one physician, me, yours truly, have developed and optimized MCG Technology to focus exclusively on saving and extending healthier lives. Building this unique system's deep machine-human-learning neural network system requires time, problem-solving skills, patience, dedication, determination, perseverance, willingness to overcome unimaginable obstacles, and face tremendous personal sacrifices with a decades-long commitment to ensure the delivery of a technology platform that has the safety, reliability, effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency to expose the root causes of disease, in their earliest stages, to save lives, reverse early signs of chronic disease, vital features which everyone needs.

To accomplish this hefty goal, I left my clinical duties in 1998, leaving the plantation behind, throwing everything into one basket, becoming a rebel and a dissident, an emancipated “recovered physician slave,” a survivor of the “AI Winter” (which lasted from the 1960s to the 90s) and embarked upon this epic journey of creation and quest for my freedom as the chosen leader of the second generation development team. I left the day-to-day clinical duties and embarked on this glorious and arduous journey, my own free will, unconstrained, and taking personal responsibility to deliver this revolutionary technology to mankind. It has been the most incredible lifetime honor!

The machine/human learning/training datasets range from the electrical signals of humans and animals of various age groups (from the age of 14 up to the age of 100) of racial and ethnic backgrounds as the starting point to other information about their lifestyles, eating habits, food quality/sources, physical activities, or mental/emotional activities, geographic location, environmental & socioeconomic conditions, clinical diagnosis information, medical history, genetic profiles, an equal number of males and females in the data collection process, etc. This information-gathering process is the most laborious, comprehensive, and time-consuming but critically necessary to achieve the goals. The data procurement process bottlenecks the technology development and creative processes.

Thus, our work is to apply the best computational engineering techniques to shape and perfect a multilayered natural electrophysiological digital signal processing system and deep human and machine learning neural network platform to aid diagnosticians in making better and more accurate diagnoses and to monitor the treatment progress and outcomes objectively and quantitatively; our goal is to save lives and extend health span by minimizing or eliminating misdiagnosis, and to stop sending patients to a wrong and dangerous treatment paradigm wittingly or unwittingly causing death and destruction. Competent clinicians can accomplish all these by using our technology platform at the patient‘s bedside in under ten minutes to deliver lifesaving diagnoses and render timely treatments without undue delays.

To put things in perspective, language or image processing systems are the other more commonly used “specialty AI” platforms. For example, ChatGPT for languages, DeepMind for chessboard patterns of human players, and Imaging (facial recognition) pattern recognition algorithms, with fancy terms such as “computer vision.’ etc., are typical examples. These “generative AI” platforms do not depend on mathematical first principles to tie their output together with a set of empirically proven mathematical and universally true physics principles. Instead, the output relies on the language narrative input from potentially politically motivated, financially greedy, and nefarious individuals; thus, the language-based “specialty AI” can be manipulated to mislead and report biased views to subvert a presidential election. Orwellian measures such as censorship, cancellation, discrimination, fake news weaponization, and political bias attacks have become everyday lives of Americans. The language-focused AI applications can, Unsurprisingly, biased reporting misinformation and disinformation be used to gaslight populations in an Orwellian society to suppress people to steal elections from democratic countries. For example, in the “Computing Vision” platform, the CCP uses these surveillance image-focused “AI” tools to violate the human rights of the people inside China, particularly the Uyghurs (11 million of them). Then there is the DeepFake! Do I need to continue??? The fear is that these irresponsible, nefarious actions may bring about the second “AI Winter,” leading to the destruction of the industry. The good news is some good people want to apply “AI as a tool to do good.” Therefore, in contrast, physiological or physics-based mathematics, i.e., “first principal and reality-based approaches,” per Elon Musk’s XAI startup, and “reality-based machine learning” require clear and vigorously vetted empirical evidence to supervise the learning and rely upon to ensure effective, accurate reporting to assist promising and beneficial decision making. Our reality and first principal-based technology founded on a set of moral and patient-centered principles is exactly what Elon Musk envisioned. Without human intelligence, guided by the ethical, moral, and the first mathematical principles programmed into the computing algorithm, machines cannot automatically generate moral, ethical, safe, and effective real humanity-oriented “intelligence” at all.

Recently, Elon Musk jokingly described “AI” as “Artificial insemination” instead of “Artificial intelligence.” The results will lead to massive, irreversible, nefarious outcomes if a technology platform is “inseminated’ or injected with nefarious human motives. The truth is that good will prevail with the best technological tools in good people’s hands. Still, if they are in the hands of evil, human suffering will be the result. Any “AI” applications designed to appeal to the masses must be carefully watched and reviewed by principled and trusted people, starting from their design phase and continuing ethical approval oversight and control of their development life cycle, version control mechanisms, independent and trustworthy transparent data-collection, vetting, results verification, and validation actions, etc., with an intended goal to ensure patient-needs-centered consumer protection, safety, and effectiveness. Otherwise, it will be too little and too late.

As I coined: “MCG is the world’s first reality-and -100%-empirical-evidence-based-patient-centric proven safe and effective Computational Cybernetic Electrophysiological Systems Deep Learning Technology. The current technology embodiment is a digital signal processing, followed by digital transformations of the Fourier-transformed analog signal waves into multiple mathematical functions (i.e., the Multifunction Cardiogram) and supervised learning of a deep human/machine learning platform designed to detect and monitor the earliest signs of trouble and enable primary lifestyle optimization and secondary prevention measures to prevent and reverse all stages of chronic diseases, from the earliest to the latest, and extend healthy lifespans. Perfecting MCG requires dedicated, focused efforts and enormous layers of the most comprehensive datasets possible to aid physicians in timely, safe, and effective diagnosing and monitoring patients’ heart and brain (under development) problems. Especially, MCG can help to make some of the most difficult if not impossible intractable diagnoses using current conventional tools, and decide/assess the treatment choices given to them as safely, accurately, responsibly, and humanly possible.”

Here is the follow-up cath report, indicating the patient has a multivessel epicardial coronary disease that requires coronary artery bypass:

Translating Catheterization findings:

1. Aortic valve: no significant obstruction

2. Left Main: no significant obstruction

3. LAD: Midsegment 80% blocked

4. Circumflex: First marginal diffuse disease, second 75-80% blocked

5. RCA: midsegment 100% blocked with left-to-right incomplete collateral circulation

6. My assessments: ALL the stress imaging tests missed his obstructive coronary artery disease. Repeated MCG testing demonstrated significant ischemic heart disease every six weeks with increasing severity. His collateral circulation from left to right did not seem to resolve his ischemic heart disease. MCG repeatedly detected severe degrees of cardiovascular dysfunctions every six weeks. At the same time, the responsible cardiologists refused to accept his MCG results and failed to escalate his level of care for MONTHS while his heart was failing fast!!! It remains to be seen if the scheduled multiple coronary bypass surgery will reverse his condition. MCG will be the perfect tool to answer this critical question objectively.

The above example is from a long-standing physician customer who illustrates how MCG is making a difference in people’s lives. These cases are not accidental by any means! Objective, transparent, and responsible data-collection, vetting, authentication, verification, validation, replication, reproduction, and reporting can be streamlined and automated to improve the efficiency and sophistication of the platform constantly in near real-time. All these can be built into a self-administered, compassionate, consumer-facing early detection, enabling lifestyle optimization measures to detect, prevent, and reverse the earliest signs of vicious and relentless cycles of “incurable” chronic diseases. Chronic diseases caused by the ignorance of active, willful participation of what I call the criminally opaque, unscalable, unaccountable 19th Century Profiteering Legacy Medicine Racket as the “Late-Stage-Sickness-Seeking-Profiteering-Racketeering-Kabuki-Dance-Theatrics” of the analog academic legacy medicine, sponsored by the cabal of the revolving doors of diabolical Washington DC characters spinning in and out of the ruthless, greedy oligarchy of the big-tobacco, big-chemical, big-food, big-insurance, big-tech, big-censorship, and big-pharma/device/hospital industrial complexes, conspiring with their co-conspirators of the big government, are destroying lives and bankrupting economies around the world, especially here in America!

The NexGen distributed diverse information network delivery will provide a system that functions independently without interference from the destructive cabal of “greedy middlemen” who have nothing to do with healthcare. We must open up another front to counter these evil forces. Elon Musk insists on a “third option,” which I agree completely!

It will illuminate and expose the corrupt system that thrives on the sponsored desirable but falsified predetermined outcomes to please the paymasters of the utterly corrupt and badly broken 19th-century legacy medical-industrial complex. The 19th-century Medicine Racket will be outnumbered and outgunned! Focusing on the best outcome based on the lower costs of early detection and primary lifestyle optimization to extend healthy lifespans for ALL will replace a criminal cabal that deserves to end at a fraction of the costs robbed by the criminal cabal year-by-year for decades.

Starting from our lifetime work on creating the MCG Technology Platform, designed to detect, prevent, and reverse the “incurable” chronic disease early, we are ushering in a new world of people (and animals) who will finally be free to live longer and healthier lives without the bankrupting unjustifiable cost burdens in hundreds of billions, even trillions. We are thriving regardless of constant bullying from the big social media and big tech censorship/cancellations, relentless pushback, ridicule, marginalization, denials of opportunities, multiple attempted targeted destructions, and vicious sabotage from the monopolists of the criminally unjust legacy 19th Century legacy medicine racket in a world addicted to comfortable, at times blatant, and shameless lies. We persevered and forged forward. We know that our work is urgently needed as people are facing medical errors, including misdiagnosis, which are the first (#1) leading cause of death in Americans. No matter how arduous our journey to building MCG has been, we are determined to reverse this injustice; we have never surrendered or given up. Our mission continues to deliver the MCG technology to serve everyone, as our visionary first-generation founders intended decades ago. The opportunity to apply our skills and knowledge to do good, serve everyone, and save lives is a righteously exhilarating and consequential journey, a glorious honor, and the highest possible privilege. Luckily, we survived the “AI Winter” from the 1960s to the 90s and are thriving! Thank God we have reached the point where MCG will go mainstream, starting in Japan!
